The Parable of the Lost Coin

“Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one.
Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it?
And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbours together and says,
‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’
In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”

  1. Strange how in the busyness of living life we forget the simple ways our Father uses parables to remind us of the very basic and simple things that are so exciting like the lost coin and finding the sinner who does repent…This spoke and reminded me volumes once again. Thanks for a stunning share Jonie. You are so in tune awesome never lose the gift Hugs
